This seminar will continue with further discussion of the case selection criteria, and the appliance selection process, for Variable Prescription treatment. A greater emphasis will be placed on intra-arch variation to deal with palatally displaced lateral incisors, impacted canines, and canine substitutions. A continuation of the discussion on inter-arch variation will also expand on the management of surgical cases.
