Pulp capping procedures have historically been challenging. The primary objective is to save the tooth, however, due to the uncertainty of success with this procedure some clinicians opt for root canal therapy. In these uncertain financial time giving patients the option of foregoing RCT with a less expensive, invasive procedure is a welcome change. Now with several different and newer bioactive and biomechanical products available the DDS has the option to restore pulp vitality. This CE webinar is designed to introduce the various products available today for direct and indirect pulp capping and to give the clinician an overview of their strengths and weaknesses.
